Asian cant believe its not bad for you

 Hi,
 Here is a healthy delicious meal you'll love.
Ingredients

1 Table S Bragg's Amino Acids
1/2 bush ofBroccoli 
2 Cups Brown rice
4 Cups water
1 Carrots 
1 stalk Green onions
1/2 Sesame oil

1# Wash veggies.

                                                                                                                                 








2# Chop up into little pieces with a Sushi knife.
















3# Saute veggies and fry tofu, in a pan with sesame oil.                                                                        

                                                                                                       

 4# When golden brown place on the plate. If you worked out eat it all. If not you should split it between 2-3 people.
5# (keep tofu in until crunchy)

Mexican pizza

                                     This is a easy dish and can be used in party's as a finger foods.

PS. (If you don't like salsa replace with re-fried beans or add them both)
